I need to restrict myself to complete one project at a time. Currently I'm working on my HOMM1 Converter to finish it more properly. Then I will return to this one.

Great breakthrough on this file...if the project is completed, all EA Sports games should be able to be modded on PS2.

Whenever I try to open an .ssh file from ssx tricky (apart from the splashscreen, wich actually works and doesn't crash the program):
Unbenannt.bmp
I actually managed to mod the game so it uses the beta boards featured in the winter 2001 "jampack" demo. however some of them use a placeholder texture that i'd like to change with the final ones, you know.

You should probably make a topic about it instead and provide both the files you want modified and the tools are using so people can troubleshoot.
If nobody can get the tools to work, then I bet there is people who know how to do it manually.

I'd love to provide the files, however for some reason when I try to rip the .ssh texture files using the program "finalbig", They end up being around 500MB to 1Gb.
In total around 60Gb. Now that can't be real. (If it is, tell me where I would upload 60gigs...) Also, when I try to open these huge .ssh files in eagt, the program crashes.

Now, when I try to extract the .big archive using EAGT instead of finalbig, I end up with an empty file with the extension ".lst"

You could try to use QuickBMS to extract the files instead. Try both the big4 script and the EB script.
Big4: https://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/ea_big4.bms
EB: https://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/fightnight.bms

QuickBMS download: https://aluigi.altervista.org/papers/quickbms.zip
