So, I'm trying to modify the ISO of my XSIII disk to display other models in place of the normal ones(like Mario_Kart did with swapping Shion's model) and I'm fairly confident I did it right, but I'm not sure how to get the new SLUS into the ISO without corrupting the PS2 compatibility...
How did you do it Mario_Kart? (also, I'd like to know what addresses need to be changed to get models in their bind pose)
Did you use save state modding to change the models or did you change the ISO itself?
On another note, I've been trying to pick up on the format of the PXY and TXY... but I'm not sure what documentation is correct... is there a full set of data write-ups anywhere or do I just have to rummage around and piece it together from random posts?
EDIT: I managed to get most of the characters, enemies, and machines into their bind poses by deleting the .sme extensions from the files listed in the PCSX2 savestate... However, for some reason Shion's animations and some of the enemies are unaffected...
I have yet to be able to change any of the models that display, despite changing all of the listings of "shion" into various other things... I still always end up with Shion...
What do I need to change to get a different model to display in Shion's place in the character viewer...?
When I changed the names of the .chr entries in the state, it didn't do anything useful... nor when I changed various extensionless entries... the most I managed was to get the models to display as Shion's normal model... but I couldn't get them to display any of her other models...

I found it now... Seems I could use my printscreening on this game finally... but how do I get UV's to dump?

How goes with the results of everyone's labor? I haven't done this in such a long time and finally getting back to it. I blame my life among other stupid things. Just curious cause I've been hearing another method that may help with this.

Hello,I finally captured the front view and side view but gave up the modeling,because it's too hard for me .

actually we have managed to load vertex, found groups but not the faces index and uv's , still working on it on our free time ^^

There's nothing to see anyway. She's really just a skin colored mannequin... Or do you want the actual file the model is stored in?

Hi, i know that she is in barbie doll form but i still would like to see the pictures of it, they were found by mariokart64n and the censored version can be found earlier in this thread.I would like to see front and back at least. thank you

I am finally want to start on Xenosaga, I've got Xenosaga II (soon have III as well).
But having trouble to get the resources out of the DVD!
How do you guys get the files with those original names? Or is there any tools to unpack the data!
Could anyone show me the way on this so I can catch up and help.

I usually do the texture first and this texture(txy) make me crazy!!!
