You can:

1. Convert all the textures to .TGA and they will be auto-assigned or;

2. Open the .ascii file in a text editor and mass replace all ".tga" to ".dds"

Does the tool work with The Lost Legacy?

They are not in mp-common

What program do you guys use to open PSARC archives?

Huh ? Since when it's already dumped ? Psxhax site still doesn't have it already...
