The keys are supposed to be 140 bytes, I noticed the ones you found are larger.
Do you think they could have changed that or...?

That's what I was thinking but I'm not sure.
Usually the pattern is that it starts with " 30 89" and ends with "02 03 01 00 01" so this is the closest pattern I could find.

Now Evolve in Stage 2, who knows how to unpack the pack, I believe with the update files and the new version? It is desirable to find a solution soon, I need the files for the site.

Aye, I would love to get my hands on the dialogues files for this game. Unfortunately the instruction does not seem to apply to the F2P build of the game. If any kind folk can help on this matter, it would be most wonderful.
