trexjones you use very long path and name.
Move file up to the root of the disk.
as example:
D:\AIUnp\BSP_LV426_PT02\RENDERABLE\_models
or more short.

I've already managed to export the models and textures and rigging, I just need someone that can put the textures on and they're good to be released.

Okay, so, gathering up the textures and everything was a bit of a nightmare, and I am by no means an expert at rigging or anything else, but using the tools available, I've managed to grab what I can from the game so people can put these together. Hope they help.

If you use them for anything, please let me know. I'd love to use them myself in XPS.

This thread is awesome!
The Isolation modding community is really dispersed, so in an effort to bring it together, we've created a Steam group.
The group is an ideal place to post mods you've made, mod tools you've found/made or ask for help.
To join, just visit: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/alien_ ... on_modders
Thanks!

How did you convert the .DDS textures to use with Blender?

I've imported models successfully and they are looking cool, but I'd love to texture them and am having difficulty importing the textures in the format of .DDS that they are in after converting the .PAK file.

Could someone help? Thanks!

Use this utility http://rghost.ru/8Q64kNcnF
Put this exe and two bats to folder with this dds textures and execute ctex_all.bat
