If you want to try out my hacked together work in progress Noesis script, I've attached it.
You only need to enter the required mesh number in the file and it should display it. UVs and normals are included where known, as not every mesh has the same vertex layout!

Re: Giana Sisters : Twisted Dreams - Owltimate Edition NX files
The format of the whole archive isn't too bad - there's a table at the start which has info like the stride value for each mesh. This is referenced from the 2nd table, which has the vertex/face counts, etc. Then the vertex/face data tables after that. There's probably an index somewhere for the text...

Re: Giana Sisters : Twisted Dreams - Owltimate Edition NX files
Yeah, there's a lot of meshes in those files - at least in 0.bin and 1.bin. Files 2 and 3 seems to have lots of "mesh" data but no face information that I can see. File 0 alone has 4998 separate meshes. Here's an example of one (obviously I don't have textures to test it with): https://i.i...

Re: .BKT file (DanceDanceRevolution Ultramix from Xbox) extract?
Luckily it's a fairly simple format, so use the attached QuickBMS script to extract and .txth file to play them in Foobar/vgmstream.

Re: Mario & Sonic at the RIO 2016 Olympic Games (.dsp file Wii U)
Some of them are already standard .dsp files, such as "se_system_decision" and they should already play without any problems. For the other files that have "CWAC" as the first 4 bytes, you can just delete the first 32 bytes and they will then be normal playable .dsp files in Foob...

Re: streambank0.kas file (DDR Universe series for Xbox 360)
They are XMA1 audio, so with the files you extracted from Dragon Unpacker, just rename them to *.xma and they will play in Foobar with the vgmstream plugin.

Re: REFLEC BEAT (2010) sys_sound.ssp file??
The audio is standard .wav files, so any ripper such as DragonUnpacker can extract them. There are no filenames stored.

Use the attached QuickBMS script to extract them. Then you can play them in Foobar with the vgmstream plugin.

Re: Help converting .wem files with vgmstream
If you use Foobar (with the vgmstream plugin), you can convert as many files at once as you like, no need to mess about with command line stuff.

Have you tried using Turfster's BloodRayne Toolset? It works perfectly with your example:

Re: COMMISSION: MDL conversion with Rigging;
I don't have Paypal, but I'm not looking for payment - just a hobby/challenge for me, so I wouldn't ask for anything. I'm not sure about the rigging stuff yet - I'll still have a tinker with it to see if I can make sense of it. I think the mesh stuff is fairly complete though, apart from working out...

Re: COMMISSION: MDL conversion with Rigging;
I've managed to have a bit more of a look at it as time allows. It's far from complete though. Some models don't seem to have complete textures, so I'm not sure what's going on there. This is an example of one of the weapons, with diffuse/specular/normal textures applied. https://i.ibb.co/XYCGLpY/te...

Re: COMMISSION: MDL conversion with Rigging;
I've had a look at it as well. I can get the weapon models to work too. It might be handy to have some of the textures to experiment with, for completeness.
