your sample is dxt1 in TextureFinder annd it looks good except for the strange bit shifting near the bottom, i have never seen anything like that.

The last time i used Ninjaripper with SWTOR there was no trickery or anything special, i just launch Ninjaripper and point it to the SWTOR launcher exe and log into game and capture anything i needed.

supports dxt1, dxt5, ati2
this one should work for all of the igz textures, let me know if not
