BRRESViewer won't work because it's not a Wii model format, BFRES is for Wii U and Switch games (in this case, the latter). Use Switch Toolbox to open up and convert the model and textures included in said file.

Oh yeah, and I found out why the BISAR/BIGRP files from CotM and MGB wouldn't decrypt either, xttl -- you need to change "COMP_YES" to "COMP_NO" for the "snd" type, as they're not compressed.
