Thank you for the suggestion finale00 but renaming the textures doesn't seem to work (renaming to match the files that failed to load in the debugger)

A quick question, am I doing something wrong here? The meshes are loading fine in Noesis but are not displaying with textures. The .de3d9tex files are in the same folder but the names are just a long mess of numbers as they were extracted. Same happens with .d3d9paradata files, only difference is No...

Perhaps this would be better suited to a different section of the forums but seeing as this utilises the pretty common Gamebryo engine is anyone managing to make any headway decompiling these NIF's into a format readable by 3d App's?
