Universal Fight Engine Search

Mugen its the default 2D engine to made 1 vs 1 fight customized game, but how abouth made 1 vs 1 customized game with 3D engine?, exactly i see all the models have basics animations, Jump, Walk, Run, Atack 1 Atack 2 etc, then with a good 3D fight engine we can made the next Mugen 3D, anyone have idea or know something files to do this?.

The idea come since i see Azuras vs Ryu.
