Any updates besides flatz's translation hacks? Is falo still working on the model formats?

i think it will not be posible because of complicate face animation, maybe it will, but without face expressions :?

btw, i'm making detailed heads for each character (right-ingame, left-mywork):

if you are putting in the effort(excellent work btw), then you must have an inkling at least that it's possible?

btw, have you located where models are? so i can do replacement by changing file name?

Ped models are located in the characters.big.pc archive. We can do some simple switch-e-roo stuff on it, but we'll have to wait until Falo, Flatz or some kind lad manages to crack the TRM model format.

What I meant was rename one of the files to another. And I'm not sure about Kram's tools, either.

do you mean the falo unpacker? i am using it now. he says the game loads files directly from harddrive once you extract them and it has the proper name. however the change i have committed does not show in the game. what i did was experiment with cole phelps chunks from character.big.pc.

now i have the folder in the install directory ie. intermediate/chunks/characters...etc

but the changes are not taking effect.

Yep, still waiting for 'em. IDK why Boris of ENBSeries fame and the guy who made ZModeler were so egoistic about not modding the game.
