hello i downloaded the game for xbox 360 and i wanna know how i could extract model and texture to use thel in maya or 3ds max

i dont script, just wanna how to get the characters, but it seems difficult , i think so u use a different method for a different game ?

and i don't know what file yout talking about ?

maybe can i upload a screenshot of the DVD
i open it with isobuster

its compressed with xmem. then they use the NDP3 format.
you need xbedecompress to decompress the file.

Well i managed to uncompress them using the method you suggested~


Now.... Whats a NDP3 format? O.o;;;

As far as I know the tool "xbedecompress" is from the "xbox sdk"... I hope it helps!
