Real Life Sunbay City (Unreal Engine) - decrypting PAK file

I have tried to decrypt the file SunbayCity-WindowsNoEditor.pak but I have not been successful, I have even used these 2 keys that there are in a forum for this game, but when decrypting it gives me this error
