There are a few tex converters but none seem to work on Spirit of Justice.

Turnabout Tool: https://github.com/FrozenFish24/TurnaboutTools - Only seems to work on Dual Destiny 3ds and Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken
