[PC] Watchmen - The End is Nigh - *.block_h_z files

I'm trying to unpack WatchMen.block_h_z file from the game with offzip, but all i get is just many .dat files. Can somebody correct my research, i'm using this command:

offzip.exe -a WatchMen.block_h_z WatchMen_block_h_z 0
on this file:

Sorry for the BUMP but does anybody know how to extract those files yet? I think it contais a readable .model format modles, that you can view in 3d object converter.
