I've got back into this.. and I still can't get the plugin to load some of the car meshes.
Not sure how to explain the bug when nothing happens when you click 'Import Selected'.

iOS Apps that work:
Kia Quoris, Chop Shop HD, CSR Racing, CSR Classics, Audi LeMans 2011, Audi A3, xDrive Challenge.

iOS Apps that don't work:
Peugeot 208 and 208GTi, Peugeot 308, Adam & You, Mazda 3, McLaren 650S,

Mercedes Benz Valencia can only import the lower mesh/poly models.

It works better in max2011 no idea how. I have the same problems in max2014

@TomWin Make sure you have the latest 0.8.8 version.

I always do. The first post actually links to a "Latest release" folder" in case I forget ;)

I just finished an import script for Nascar '13 and '14 (PC). Thanks jimjack for bugging me about it and samples/unpacking.
It supports both car and track models with vertex normals, colors, UV1, UV2, UV3, object transformations, hierarchy and instancing.
Materials are applied but only just; no diffuse/specular information or textures. I might get back on this later after I fix texture extraction (read below).

Importing the body or interior of a car takes about 1 minute. Tracks take between 5 and 7 minutes because they have thousands of objects.

You'll need aluigi's nascar2011.bms script to extract *.AR archives and then you can import *.ARC files.
aluigi also made a script for ARC files, but I don't recommend using it because the data is actually serialized. It's good for extracting textures, but it needs some modifications for that as well. Read more here: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11326

I have re-released the Nascar script under the name Eutechnix Mesh Importer, with support for diffuse, specular and normal maps, and partial support for Auto Club Revolution models.
Textures have to be extracted first using this script: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11326

With the NASCAR '14 thing, the bms script is not working, it gives an error

You have to run the script on cdfiles#.dat, not on the .AR archives.

Well, maybe I do something wrong with I3D importer, but I can only import camera and dummies. :ninja:

Game: Farming Simulator 2013.
Vehicle: Buehrer6135A.
Only traffic cars can be imported without any problems ;)

Could you send me the model files via PM?
The one I have works without issues...

Edit: activate viewport statistics (key 7) and see if the number of vertices is 0 or not
The script might be missing mesh faces in your case.

Never mind, I see what's going on. The file format has changed with the Titanium edition or one of the new updates.

I've been meaning to re-write a better I3D script, so I guess this is a good opportunity. I'll get back when I have something.
