Where did I installed decredat.pkg..? /dev_hdd0/game/ASMO00002 or /dev_hdd0/GAMES/ASMO00002

I read readme.txt and,,

/dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLJM61076/PS3_GAME/USRDIR; source directory,
/dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLJM61076/PS3_GAME/USRDIR; destination directory
and 00000000000000000000000000000000; pass a klicensee of zeros.

Is it right..? But it doesn't work..

The decrsdat deosn't support repacking the file, right? But is there a way to read unpacked file..?
