1. extract GKH.CPK with Noesis
2. Download batchGKH.zip and extract to the folder that contains .ftx files.
3. Get this script, save it as "GKH_FTX.bms" and put in same folder as .bat.
4. Get GimConv, extract and put into the same folder.
5. Excute batchFTX.bat
6. Excute batchGIM.bat
