Hi, I think i was able to do this befor but i forgot how... i seem to have lost all the tools i used to convert these in to something listenable

I extracted the sound from StreamsMulti.pck with AlphaTwentyThree's WAVE format scanner, ww2ogg (using included packed_codebooks_aoTuV_603.bin) and revorb.
