PSP One Piece Romance Dawn PAC extension... HELP!

It has a .PAC extension but it's header is ARC...?

Yep... tried it, but can't do a REPACK.
I wish it can do both...

thanks for the scrip testing it out on the 3ds i get this error . will look it to it see if i can get it to work
get error signature of 4 bytes at offset 0x00000000 doesn't match the one
expected by the script:

this one: ""
00 00 00 00 ....

expected: "ARC"
41 52 43 00 ARC.

coverage file 0 0% 4 16000 . offset 00000004
