The alpha channel is the specular texture. I don't see any problem on it.

milkshape is a really bad program to use.
you need to use any program that supports texture channels.
just delete the alpha channel of the texture if your not going to use the specular map.

Well it doesn't change for me, I have used 3DS Max 8, and maybe I forget something, but I get the same result:

I begin to think my Noesis have a problem, I will try to clean all noesis registry part of the system, hope it will sove this.

i drag the png into maya,and use the fcheck to save a tga file.
Ok, I have maya but not installed, I will try on this one too later.

Thats how the textures are. They look transparent when you open the image file, you can easily convert the ones that dont need alpha channel to jpg.

Yes but I fair for Stage and Costume, delete all non-desired alpha on a stage level will take time lol...

When i extract files with first pluggin for quick, i extract file .Ink chara_common and after .bin, this are step correct?
