I have 7 ult x64 and it works no problem.
Did you install XNA ?
Crashes as soon as you open it ?

Yes, i've re-installed XNA and that other.. it still gives me error before i try to open it, i don't have that on my older x86 pc.
I'm using now Forza4 track for convert to GTA IV - Fujimi Kaido:

Do you have the ability to convert a car ?
and if it wont load maybe you have the incorrect .Net runtime or a outdated DirectX

The Driver.zip dont open the forza studio, i thing in this file have the driver and textures dor driver.
