Couldn't find anything about which mesh has which material, so I just tried assigning them according to their mesh number from top to bottom.

And it seems to work lol

I couldnt import the mdl from RemiActionC82 into blender 2.49b , it prompted out python errors, and nothing else.
I used the plugins Sanae 2011-07-11 and the kengekiMusou_mdl
