Can user made cars be added to Need for Speed HP 2010

hi all,
I have searched but haven't found the answer, does anyone know if there is a tool that allows you to import/export user made/scratch made car models into need for speed hot Pursuit 2010?

No, it's not possible to import new cars into HP2010.
But it is possible to import HP2010 cars in some 3D programs.
