bigBear, sorry, I didn't mention clearly, I tried to open FM4 cars.
mnn, netFW 3.5 wasn't installed indeed on PC2, but after installation the same message appears as on PC1. "Index was outside the bounds of the array."
(Sorry guys for bothering you with my problem, I'm sure this software works fine, I just can't start it up on my system.)
Important information: this site is currently scheduled to go offline indefinitely by end of the year.

Hi, first of all I’d like to thank Ernegien and all people who worked on this amazing tool.
Keep up the good work!
I guess that 0xyz, 1xyz, 2xyz, 3xyz are the rim’s coordinates, 4xyz maybe a scale factor, but I don’t know what the other values are.
Could you please tell me what is the meaning of each field (0x,0y,0z,1x, ….., 9z)?
edit :
I tested on FM3 R8v10 2010 and i found this :
5xyz : front left wheel's coordinates
6xyz : front right wheel's coordinates
7xyz : rear right wheel's coordinates
8xyz : rear left wheel's coordinates
(invert y and z coordinates into 3ds max)
theses coordinates also work for calipers and rotors
yet don't know what others coordinates are
not tested with FM4 cars, cause last FS only load lod0 and cockpit
Anybody knows how to scale lod0 tyre?
Keep up the good work!
AirOne, I take a look to your file, and I can’t identify every fields.AirOne wrote:Please find attached FM3+4 car list with tires specs and rims coordinates (646 cars without duplicates).

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)
Hello, here I do not think this is the right section, but I did not find answers ...
I want to know which file to edit in the "database" of Forza 3 to install "Spacers" and also change the "WheelStock".
Thank you.
While some knowledge of where to have all this information, I'm interested.

I hope Ernegien finds some free time to continue work on this fantastic project, we're so close already ! If only for uv mapping and/or further carbin file import, i'm quite sure everyone here is sittin on pins and needles waiting for an update !
So here i just post to let you know, we are all looking forward to the next update.
