Hey Falo, A doubt. the chunk´s files Are containers for files. DAE and DDS or simply: DAE with another extension.?
With the translations sometimes do not understand the half. By the way, know means that your nickname in Spanish ,...? You do not want you to know ...

Are the DDS files for the characters embedded in the TRM chunks? Oh, and what about the model files? Are they easy enough to be opened in Max, or better yet, make custom peds, weapons and even new vehicles? *thinks about modders making ricer shit in LAN*

I have successfully added a custom russian text to the intro screen :) So now we can say that the process of localization is possible. Here is the proof:

Good news, guys, I have successfully modified root.atb.ps3 and added a custom russian text for a PS3 version of the game. And it works too! :) Here is the video:

Now we are able to translate the game in any language.

No, I can't. I edited the file manually without tools. And for repack I used caws's WAD tool. If I will have spare time, I will try to write tools to do so.

Если все было сделано верно, вы получите в текущей папке, откуда вы запускали скрипт две созданные скриптом подпапки - entries и segments. Там лежат распакованные файлы.

Если все было сделано верно, вы получите в текущей папке, откуда вы запускали скрипт две созданные скриптом подпапки - entries и segments. Там лежат распакованные файлы.
сделал bat:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Python26\python.exe" unpacker_big.py D:\Games\LA-Noire\final\pc\reftextures_populated.big.pc
всё получилось, спасибо

а нет ли у вас добавляльщика заголовка текстурам? а то всё как то в куче
