There is 30 pages! and i don't know if is there any research on how to get some game files for modding or not. Please if it is, update first entry or clear useless posts! Thx

It depends on what you want to "mod"...

There's a number of posts about 1/3 of the way through the beginning that deal with making a translation mod, but I think most of the interest in that died once the game was officially released in the major languages.
I've got a writeup on how to mod the ingame equipment on page 21.
Abadjpyo has written a number of entries on how to mod the augmentations and abilities.
There's a number of people working on extracting the movies and music/sound effects.

Honestly, most of this thread's posts are useful - if you're too lazy and/or ADD to read and understand them, then that's your own problem. We're not here to spoonfeed you precisely what you want, and as far as that goes, you've not even said what you DO want.

Rick you release patch that skips intros. If i am not wrong those videos are Scaleform format (.usm) videos and i wish to know how did you made it so to skip intros; that you depack/repack .000 i know, just which file u've modified

The intro scaleform SWF had logic in it already for skipping, I just forced it to be enabled by patching the flash bytecode.

So on Tomb Raider Underworld I've done the following:

Used a tool to extract the drm file from the bigfile.000.
Used a tool to inflate the CDRM file -> DRM

I tried to use the DEUS Ex DRM Edit and it failed to load the file normally and inflated.

Someone help me (:

What am I supposed to do? How do i split the DRM files to output Models, Sound effects, Scripts, Textures etc?

Just a little info on The Missing Link DLC - texts are stored in bigfile.000 and NOT in bigfile_english.000 (or other locale files). The ID/hash of the texts is the same, format is the same.

Just thought it could be useful: I corrected a minor bug in the batch file found on page 27 (bigfile_english.000 was hard-coded), added support for patch2.000 and added an option M that demuxes all the music of the game and move all the .fsb to the "music" directory. Ambient sounds are automatically deleted. Then you just have to drag and drop your FSB files to "Music Player Ex" (http://jerome.jouvie.free.fr/musicplayer/index.php) if you want to listen to the music or convert it to MP3/WAV.

I made a small mix of the Hive music, if someone is interested :)
The mix is 12 minutes and contains the 3 parts of the Hive music. Someone could probably do better, especially at transitions, but I couldn't wait for a mix of it! I extracted the music myself from the FSB, so it is not made of the mono tracks found on the web.

I've updated the unpacker batch file with support for the latest revision of the main game, and added in support for unpacking the Missing Link DLC. I also put in JCDentonMale's music demux, but if there's any issues with it, you'll have to work with him to fix it - I don't know the first thing about demuxing the music.

You can replace your existing batch file with the one below - be aware that I've changed several of the old menu's hotkeys to letters instead of numbers.
