Edit: Guys, give me a screenshot of default list of files/directories from russian version. Actually i forgot -- there is a file bigfile_Russian.000 by default? In my DXHR directory now bardak.

You need to copy all files from \bigfile_English\FFFFE081\__UNKNOWN\mul\ to bigfile_Russian\FFFFE200\__UNKNOWN\mul\
and then pack bigfile_Russian with "Gibbed.DeusEx3.Pack" and choose "Russian language" in steam before you run the game
