U can convert audio from *.MAD with EA_Conv_06i

than try Hoo Technologies AVI MP4 Converter 5 or AVANTI v.0.5.9 - FFmpeg\Avisynth GUI,it's all FFmpeg GUI's,m.b. without sound (if 6 channels),but mad-video convertible.6 channels audio convertible with EA Sound eXchange.

already i know how to convert mad files to avi
ffmpeg -f ea -i filename.mad filename.avi
need to do this from the command line or enter in the bat file

VLC also opens it, but without the sound.

But it also has an option to convert video to mp4 via CTR+R.

Just drag and drop movie to eaconv. It will create wav in movie folder.
