File .eng from Gene Troopers

Hi I want to translate this game (Gene Troopers), i have tool for unpack and repack language files from Language.fs but when i unpacked this files i have there several files (.eng, .ger, .it, .rus, .spa, .fre) and all of them are, i think compressed. Can you anyone help me to get out and get in texts from this file (.eng) that i attached it in rar?

There is more or less plain text in this file starting at offset 90A0. You could try to change it and see how the game goes with it.
