Wav file unplayable

I have more file like this, but I can't open it. It belongs to voice.pac from ken's rage xbox360

EDIT: They are not WAV, they are AT3 and there are too many of them.
EDIT2: Although they are AT3, they are also compressed. :S

I posted the original "voice.pac" yet and in the first post there is one of the many file extracted.
