Well, I could not see it. The pieces of 1024K are too small. Try this and attach the debug.txt.

it works on .vfs in patch file, not xxz.vfs.

uhmmm only for my personal curiosity:
wasn't more simple and easy to add the missing part for handling the folders tree in the bms script I posted?
it was already done at 95% :)
if the complete tree is not important I could add at least the handling of the last folder to avoid the problem of the files with the same name.
anyway was only a curiosity.
