Diablo 4 models extract

Did anyone do this yet? Lilith in particular is what I am looking for. I am shocked there is 0 info on this considering Diablo 4 is probably the biggest game that will be releasing this year. Any info and help would be appreciated!

Maybe post some D4 model samples here? Can't do nothing without seeing some samples.

Beta testers have access to them. I'm not a beta tester, so somebody has to step up and post something.

Open beta is this upcoming weekend. Everyone will have access in 5 days.

Try this tool for viewing and extracting. They say D4 Beta is supported:

Yes CASCExplorer will work with the beta to access the files so use that. Would be interested to mess with the models as well.

Does not use .m3 files like other Blizzard games it seems. I have .app and .acr but seems like the .app include the mesh most likely but no idea how to check.

Looks more like their diablo 3 app format, rather than their m3. Different from D3 app of course!

I'm confused on the way to actually extract models with CASCexplorer, its not working errors out

It's just a very, very raw maxscript I made to parse the model

Once it is in a usable state please post it, then I will do the usual batch conversion.

OK, that is great and all, but what can you tell us about the models for what you've seeing so far? Are a Polygon Nightmare like Forspoken? Texture size being 4k or less?
