Looks like the tool does not read all cars from "server_archetypes_entities.bin" located in scenaric_patch folder. At least on my end.
In saved file from the cmd.

If you get different results every time, it means something intereferes into the process and kills the tool or something.
This must never happen.

as i said before, log is in windows application log (event viewer)

At the end of your cmd syntax add another line and type:

then run the process again and post a screenshot with that error that pops up in the cmd window, assuming there is even an error, because at the moment it just sounds a user error, on your part, if that is the case, I'd suggest to starts fresh, retrace your steps and see where your getting stuck and unable to move forward, don't rush and pay close attention.

Got it to work finally.

The problem was in Windows DEP settings and Antivirus software. It doesn't allow to read and write data in the folders. Now I got everything sorted out. Even the .bat files are started to working now .

Anybody knows where are the additional tuning parts for cars? Like spoilers, rear panels, hoods?

I got 7 .bat executables for each car and I see that there are few tuning parts available. I mean in each created folder there are different parts like wide body, one set of additional bumpers and headlights. But I cannot navigate for the other parts.
