Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
Not an expert but: I highly doubt an AES key would be inside an encrypted file (AES being the most secure encryption method that would be a rookie mistake), UE4 AES keys are inside the EXE for example which would theoretically be more secure(?). Also how does he know that the files are in fact encrypted with AES? Based on the file names in that screenshot he posted and the name of that sample I think these are delta patches (which may lead to the encryption confusion) which are (probably) useless on their own without the original file they are patching.

Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
This kind of arcades stuff is done in around the same way as for consoles, which means you can't decrypt anything from outside (disk/HDD/whatever), only dump already decrypted files from the platform (which is actually PC with a few adjustments in this case). That's if you don't have all required platform specific up-to-date keys, obviously, and you can reverse them only from platform, not from data itself. A good example are encrypted eappx Windows packages or pkg for PS, which you can freely download from official servers, but you can do nothing with them unless you install them on respective platform, where they will be decrypted.
So please stop those speculations, it will not lead you anywhere. Also, if I remember correctly, posting files like that - encrypted or not - is prohibited by forum rules, unless you want Sega to send some dmca here.

Are you able to parent the bones properly in the script? thats the only thing keeping this script from being perfectSimguy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 16, 2022 8:38 am Not an expert but: I highly doubt an AES key would be inside an encrypted file (AES being the most secure encryption method that would be a rookie mistake), UE4 AES keys are inside the EXE for example which would theoretically be more secure(?). I would also be willing to throw money at a kofi or some other kind of donation if you are succesful in doing so, not chump change either.

I appreciate the offer but I don't want donations or anything.takoyaki111 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 16, 2022 4:11 pmAre you able to parent the bones properly in the script? thats the only thing keeping this script from being perfectSimguy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 16, 2022 8:38 am Not an expert but: I highly doubt an AES key would be inside an encrypted file (AES being the most secure encryption method that would be a rookie mistake), UE4 AES keys are inside the EXE for example which would theoretically be more secure(?). I'd rather the script load models the way they are and you do whatever you need to in blender or something. Its not that much more work but its accurate.

they're in .ogg format, no need to convert them or anything. They're just there, already ready for use.
same with the music files.

Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
Just got finished ripping some of the models I want, stupid question but is there a decent guide on how to fix the UV's and rigging in Blender?
Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
The UVs are already fixed with the latest Noesis script, so you dont have to worry about that one.

Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
That's a relief, now I just have to adjust all the bones for Proto Arthur and figure out what to do with the extra faces.

Just tried using Cat's plugin for Blender, it set the bones perfectly from what I can tell.Devsterman12 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 27, 2022 8:58 pm That's a relief, now I just have to adjust all the bones for Proto Arthur and figure out what to do with the extra faces.

Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
I guess that's one way to do it. Releasing it so there can be more eyes on it and more people can try seems like a better idea. I wouldn't have even known about the game if this thread wasn't here.

Re: Fate Grand Order Arcade
Well, months ago I got a private message about my uploaded data files which I reuploaded from emuline (I'm good because he then blamed the guy on emuline and tried to contact them).
This could be the reason why there's no new files, I mean the guy on emuline stops updating it.
