Put the fmt Plugin in the Python/Plugins folder in your noesis root.
Noesis will then be able to Open .hnk Files and convert them to whatever you want.

Try Ninja ripper for textures unless there is a noesis or quickbms Script.
Maybe you have to Check other Models aswell.

Sorry for the bump, but...
For some reason I couldn't get it to work on a couple or so files I tested off the PC version of Barbie Dreamhouse Party.
I already tried exporting the file but all I got is "Nothing was exported." Any ideas? If it helps I am using the latest Noesis build.
