Because they is not much interest on people with skills to begin with it.

Later is the fact that the data of the game that is around is only of Version 4.50.00, a version around 2 years or more old.

Is actually a real miracle they managed to get the data and they found a way (a bit broken) to unpack models & textures.

Interest has plummeted to 0 ever since the guy working on the script gave up on it and no one I'm aware of bothered to continue his work.

Until someone's willing to take up the mantle, we'll be stuck here with broken UVs and bones, heck the newest version of the script can't read Marie Antoinette's model anymore unlike the earlier version.

They updated the game version Data from the link on the first page.
The game data new version has add this Servants beside the already existent ones:

-Nero Bride
-The ones from Prisma
-And Nightingale.

The tool works as always with they errors, but still can load the models.

Other than those the newer version also has JTR, Mordred, Christmas Helena, Artoria Lancer Alter, and Proto Arthur
