in this animation assassins feets are stable and body moving but when loaded or exported, feets are starting to move.
That's the animation itself as in the wait.gr2 file.
I've done a few tests and the adjusted files don't have that side to side sway.
Can you provide a different animation for this model?

I havent released it yet, just download 1.31 for now, for some reason sometimes its dosent look in the root direcory as it should so next update i explictly give the script noesis main path.

Going to give a Big Thank You for your script again.
Now my Goal is to convert the SH5 animations to the SH4 way of doing animations.
So far, as I learn enough Python to be dangerous, I'm zeroing in on how to get the data I want.
So the Noesis plugin works fine for D2R to see and export models and animations.
However when importing animations for Tyrael with ANIMATION_MODE = 1 (data\hd\character\npc\tyrael1\animation) there is only 1 frame and the character doesn't move.
I tried changing ANIMATION_TRACK to 1 or 2 but it doesn't change.
It seems the animation is supposed to affect bothe the model and the wings but nothing happens.

but luckly i already have the files for this, i checked them out and i suspect they are simply not ready as they have almost no track data.

That's strange because in game he is moving and his wings are also moving so the animations exist (at the end of this video for example : https://youtu.be/GmVrBTDPB0s?t=15493).

Ok i stand corrected, i was looking at neutral animation, it has 4 different tracks, Torso, wings,mesh_main and root i looke at the first 3 which have almost 0 data, but the root track has alot of data, still not sure why its not working ill take a look at it.

I fixed the bug that was causing it, still working on some other features before a new update is released..

I have actually encountered this bug in the past where only left side of animation is acting strange, but i never managed to find the bug,
These are files with uncompressed quaternions and knots, maybe someone else can take a look...
