Umodel + 3DSMax + Actorx importer plugin for 3dsmax.

All you need is to load the models with umodel. One of the option says find animations. Export the model. Load 3dsmax and run actorx importer script. Import the psk of the model then PSA file

thank you but I'm talking about the Re:Mind DLC, not the game PKG. I tried using the decryption key used for the game, but it didn't work with the DLC.

Everything from the Re:Mind DLC comes with the game's update PKG (which does work with the same decryption keys), so you actually need that to get at those, not the DLC itself (which I believe is more like an "activation key" instead).

- tried to open this file using again PKG Editor, providing the same key used for the KH3 pkg (starting with "p2gxi..")

it says invalid passcode

Okay, yeah, sounds like you're downloading the Japanese version's DLC files with the English voices built-in instead (which also explains the larger file size). That one seems to have a different key (which is why you're having trouble with it), but fear not as those those aren't actually necessary, since all of the content there is included with the US version and its update.

The one that you're looking for should have only three parts, and has the ID "UP0082-CUSA12031_00-KINGDOMHEARTSX30-A0110-V0100". That one should work with the key, and the following PAKs should have the Re:Mind DLC models and such:

So I have a bit of a conundrum. I've already got the files, and I've been able to rip a few already, like the Rainfell keyblade. I'm looking specifically for Queen Minnie's model from KH3, but despite being in the game (Gummi Phone Journal entry) I can't find where the model is.
