Daemon, would you mind sharing how the skeleton/animations are in this game? What are you left with when you drop the animation PAK file onto the tool?

Is the output similar to Detroit Become Human?

I usually try to retarget the anims onto a seperare charater of mine. Usually if they are in SMD, I can do this pretty well.

It might be a dumb question but is there any way to download the game files / pkgs themselves? I don't have access to a PS4 or the game but would be great to get out a few stuff

No. And i dont think this step was ever required. You dont have to merge anything.

i'm using a model from a dude from deviantart called crazy31139 ..
that's how the skeleton looks
