.DDS Open and Edit

Help than open and convert DDS texture. In Paint.net does not open, and in Photoshop the entire texture is completely black. Online converters are defined as damaged.

In Photoshop, turn on the Alpha channel.

Maybe use GIMP and DDS plugin.
