Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
I've been looking to extract different sets of armor lately, and also some characters like Shae Vizla and Revan, however I encountered a problem. In both cases, the hash list apparently has the files I need listed, however when I check in EasyMYP those files are nowhere to be found. For example Shae's helmet textures (face_gehelmet50_heavy_ge_a59shae01_u) seem to be in the hash list but I can't see the folder. Nor can I find Revan's outfit textures or Ajunta Pall textures like chest_longsleeve_light_ge_mtx58ajunta01_u. The mat files are there, but the textures aren't, I added the Ajunta Pall ones to a new hash list but it doesn't find them. Any idea why this is happening or are they stored in some weird .tor file?

I'm getting this error. I've searched this thread and noticed similar errors but no solutions. I've googled but the only solution I found was to check Framework (which is updated).
I was very excited to find this thread and discover there were actual tools to extract models from SWTOR. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Complete newbie here. I came across this thread and others and have been trying to extract the model files but I must be going crazy. Everytime I try and add the hashes_filename.txt file EasyMYP it crashes. If I don't add it then I can open the .tor files but only see 3 folders, txt, xml and dds, I don't see anywhere that th.gr2 files are. Am I just being stupid? Also the hashes_filename.txt file I have is from 2012 so an updated one would probably be useful. I also couldn't fine version 3.6 of EasyMYP and am using version 3.2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello guys, I managed to extract game files, but among all I can not find the right clothes. Exactly Vandal Jacket Casual and Relaxed Uniform Suit . How to find them?
Re: Star Wars - The Old Republic - Beta
Wait a moment I searching in my pocket.....Kualan wrote:Does anyone have a more up-to-date hashes_filename.txt file to share? There's a lot of stuff from the last year or so that I can't seem to dig out.
A here is it
I focused on the weapons and got most of them named.
The normal clothing updade is performed, so all clothes are named. (haven't checked this. I trust the method)
I work on the newer planets and I get more and more file names, but it's a lot of work. to open every single file and write down mesh- and matnames need some time.
This is a little bit complecated. Clothings are typical combined from more than one file. You have the archetyp for each bodytype and clothingslot. And then you put extras on top.daddyrus1994 wrote:Hello guys, I managed to extract game files, but among all I can not find the right clothes. Exactly Vandal Jacket Casual and Relaxed Uniform Suit . The extras are hard to identifie but its possible. Most clothing folders contains an index.xml file.
This file contains the info which models are combined for which item. (don't think you get clear names)
The easiest way to find the right set is to look for an ikonic detail und search for it in the .gr2 files.
Eventualy you find the right model. Open the xml file and search for the model name, then you get your item. All other items from this set have a simelar filename. (older sets have lower numbers and are clearer. newer set containes often some older parts)
Is there anybody else who is working on this? If yes, please share your hashes with me/us. It isn't nessesary to do the work twice.
update 2017-11-05: 600 hashes for function "test full filename list"
