[help] What tool i use to NIER AUTOMATA?

I come to ask for help, it's very important!
Can someone tell me which tool to use?

I want to extract "Text Files" which are inside the ".dat files"
We are translating, and we need to open and recompile ".dat"

We are Brazilians,
Please, somebody help us please.
The game is NiER: Automata

We just need the tool.
