The model in the video it's in Autovista quality, the one you have extracted probably not.

I have most of the file format mapped out for some time now, I just need to put it all together.
Unfortunately time is not on my side, but I hope to do some work this weekend.

@gpfan I have most of my C# converters published here: https://github.com/RaduMC?tab=repositories
If all goes well I hope to update the Apex project tomorrow.

What do you mean autovista quality? Image
In the cars folder is just 1 version of every car.

Just thought i'd stop by and post a few FH3 car files, though i suppose the person/people working on Forza Studio already have them.

I've been trying to get mine up and running but I cannot transfer my game install the the external HDD to access the files. so thank you for posting this cause it should help the people working on this project to make one for the FH3 lovers like myself. plus with all the unknown dlc car packs coming this should be interesting. thanks again for posting.

How did you uncompress the zip's? It's a new compression method and the file names all should be mumbled jumbled :S

EDIT: Same format as Apex. Each part has it's own folder and model file (.modelbin) now, whereas previous forza's were packed into one file. It still has a .carbin, but it doesn't contain any 3d meshes, although I think it stores the xyz position and scale for the models. Here is the vulcan front bumper. Has no correct position or scaling on its own.

I just extracted them as a normal zip file which worked. Then renamed them with advanced renamer.
