dont know
i see it here in any place of xentax
"3dt is a .obj encrypted, use bde64 to decrypter"
i download the bde64, and i don't know how to use it

It was only that one particular game.
Anyways, BDE is a command-line tool.

Usage: bde64.exe <d/e> <input_file> [output_file]
d = base64 decoding    e = base64 encoding
