Are you sure that you are using the latest client version? Because i tested on different OS's and it works without problems. Also check attribute on all PKG - it's not should be - Read Only.

No problem it was a problem with the OS the exe doesn't work in Windows 10

I'm getting this when I try to unpack, is there anything I'm missing or something that I forgot to do?

Actually supported client only from Nexon.

A bit late I know, but do the file names mean anything or are they just random characters and the engine loads everything in the Data directory.
