Hair models are not inside of costume data.
I can guess catalog is having new hair model files separately.

That's bad news, but we were expecting them right ?
It would be cool if they were to give the clothing destruction to PC, but in the end we can still get it, it would just take time.
I saw Japanese discussing the matter on whatever thread it was, saying they were already working on the subject (if my google traduction is right ^^). That said, I don't know how they intend to proceed, but at this stage it can only be on an hypothetical level :p
With destructible cloths, MODs are going to an other level. :D

Well.. now it seems they are using alternative costume for destroyed ones. :?
I mean.. there should be a pair of it.

Checked the models already, there's no submeshes or hidden meshes >_<

So basically, the feature to "destroy" is a functionality to swap outfit when taking critical damages below 50HP ?
It can even be better than an actual alpha layer ! Rather than working on one model, we can work on two different ones thus making more details...
Now we have to see how we can use this fonction. I have no fucking idea about the way they did to swap model in-game.

@Baal
Yes. I guess so.. at least one costume will contain two meshes for it.
I could see it's more about alpha channel.

If costume destruction gimmick is included in PC version.
then that day is the party day.

Updated doa5Uarchivarius.dat.

You was right about using new hairstyles with other costumes. Hair: Ayane "4", Marie "4", Phase4 "5".
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

@Darko
yup, patch_catalog.

And it's very convenient to handle it with BCM tool.

Steam version is up today :D
Hope it's moddable... I also hope that other modders would be clever enough for restricting their post of nude mods in appropriated place. It's not like there is no dedicated sites for that.

I got the pre-order DLC with my copy... there's a folder marked DLC. Inside that folder is another one 352150 containing a bcm with the same number and a data folder with a small .bin and .blp with a 58 meg file that I assume must be the costumes... my PC is reading it as a shortcut file.

"Additionally, as pointed out by DSO Gaming, the Soft Engine effects for advanced boob physics have been disabled for the PC outing of Dead or Alive. This caused quite the ruckus when it was first discovered. However, it should be pointed out that the Soft Engine physics effects are engine reliant, which means that it's completely possible for modders to dig through the files and re-enable the advanced Soft Engine boob physics. The same would likely apply for the PS3-level particle effects, which most PC gamers would probably prefer if they were turned up to the equivalent (or beyond) of the PS4. "

Looks like some one just made a Challenge lol

but wait soft engine was just boob physics???? that's it? (:

I don't feel good with skin expression(SSS) on PC version.
It's based on PS3 version.

Actually PC version is pretty OK, but compared to PS4 version, I cannot be that satisfied with it.
