Hard to say with just a screenshot, I don't have the game myself and I'm not familiar with the series.
I'd say it's correct, they'd just simulate the bottom of the dress. If the dress is split in two submeshes (upper and lower) that's probably the case

The One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 DLC characters get included in the main rdb files for the game but obviously the file list doesn't list them so stuff like textures are confusing to sort through, what is the method of getting a file list or would someone be able to update it? Names need to be cracke...

As of now these tools are used for extraction and viewing only, a repacker would need to be made to put the files back
For your KTID stuff better download the latest build of the tools and do another clean extraction with the -g FairyTale option, you'll have the correct filenames.

I just used the tool for FairytailRPG and it seems to work perfectly. Im trying to extract the audio files from the game and these were all of the files I could find. Animations are not in the same place as the models, since they're shared by all the characters or sorted by specific classes/monster species Thanks for replying. Fixes were easy enough, I missed something obvious when working on OPPW4.
