i made packer. it use .xlsx file. and it will work for XBOX 360 and PC. it'll create .strdb file with .xlsx before use this, you have to do it: 1. this program will load "Mordor_texts.xlsx" file. if you have difference name of .xlsx file, just edit run.bat or drag & drop to Mordor_Text...
