it does not use normal maps they define the normals in the model structure but max script cant handle that. I think it uses both at least for pc version. I've checked bin file with other chinese made tool (which can export pictures and mesh with obj format but not bones) http://game.ali213.net/thre...

I have converted the PS3 tools to PC and fixed some bugs. the halffloat routine in max script is not checked whether it works or not. Obscure 1 *.zwo format
I have extracted obscure *.hvp files with gameextractor basic version (http://www.watto.org/extract/download.html)
I found *.zwo files which seems to be mesh and texture files.
Anybody can analize the format?

Nevermind, I have found all new parts start with sequence 0, 1, 2 (seems obvious)
And file "SceneDescription" contains required part name.
